Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our team. As a High School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and providing academic guidance to students. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.Duties:
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Implement classroom management strategies to ensure a productive learning atmosphere
- Assess student progress through various methods such as tests, projects, and assignments
- Provide individualized academic advising to students to support their educational goals
- Incorporate learning technology into lessons to enhance student engagement and understanding
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities
- Stay updated on current educational trends and research to continuously improve teaching methods
- Support literacy education by promoting reading comprehension and writing skills across subjects
- Utilize library services to enhance student research skills and promote lifelong learning
Skills:
- Strong behavior management skills to effectively manage student conduct in the classroom
- Excellent classroom management abilities to create an organized and structured learning environment
- Proficiency in curriculum development to design engaging lessons that meet educational standards
- Copy editing skills to review and provide feedback on student assignments and projects

Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
