We're seeking Technicians to join our team and support the delivery of innovative treatments including TMS, EEGs, Vibroacoustic Therapy, Neurofeedback, Spravato, NAD+ and IV KetamineTherapy. Duties Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Provide medical administrative support, including handling insurance verification and processing referrals. Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate care coordination. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within the office environment. Support the clinical team with various administrative tasks as needed. Oversee the administration and scheduling of TMS and EEG-Guided TMS treatments Assist patients in the self-administration ofSpravato / esketamine under clinical supervision Prepare and maintain treatment suites for IV ketamine patients to ensure a calm, safe, and therapeutic environment Maintain a well-organized, compliant, and welcoming clinical space Support patients through their treatment journey with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality care Uphold and enforce HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field Prior experience in a healthcare or mental health setting (neuromodulation experience a plus) Previous experience with TMS and Esketamine/Ketamine Therapy Required Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality practices Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills Compassionate and professional demeanor, especially with sensitive populations Ability to work with children and adults facing Autism, PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression Join us in making a difference in patient care by applying for this position today!
