Requirements / Qualifications
SOAR Teacher Position -Requirements & Qualifications:
- Culturally responsive and trauma-informed pedagogy
- Proficiency in designing culturally responsive learning experiences
- Ability to cultivate students' critical wellness to combat toxic stressors
- Experience engaging students in whole-class, small-group, and individual data chats, as well as other forms of academic reflection
- Proficiency with Thurgood Marshall Expected Student Learning Outcomes and EAGLE Values
- Ability to deliver instruction for interdisciplinary, school-wide Marshall Innovation Projects- MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS
Must hold one of the following Valid California credentials below:- Multiple Subject Credential with English Learner Authorization
- Single Subject Credential in English with English Learner Authorization
- Single Subject Credential in Mathematics with English Learner Authorization
Pupil Personnel Services Credential:
School Counseling- Teacher Librarian Services Credential
- Administrative Services Credential Available Summer School positions are limited to the following:
- 6-12 Teacher, Core Setting (3)
- 6-12 Teacher, Math (1)
- 6-12 Teacher, English (3)
- Head Librarians (2)
- Assistant Principal (1)
- Counselor (1)
