Job Description

SAI Academy is an innovative private learning environment serving middle and high school student-athletes through a blended learning model. We are growing our campus in San Jose, CA and are looking for passionate, skilled educators to join our team. If you're committed to student success and excited about supporting academic growth in a dynamic environment—we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Support virtual instruction for students in grades 6-12, including both remedial and advanced learners. Monitor and support students throughout the academic day. Design and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum and academic standards. Maintain a respectful, organized, and engaging classroom environment. Collaborate with academic leadership for instructional alignment and curriculum development. Uphold SAI Academy's values and expectations for professionalism and excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience (preferred). Teaching certification or completed teacher training program (preferred). Strong subject expertise in Math (through high school) and/or English Language Arts. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive). Excellent communication, classroom management, and organization skills. Authorized to work in the United States. Schedule & Work Environment Monday-Friday (Monday & Friday are remote) In-person instruction on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Private school environment focused on individualized learning and academic excellence.

This position begins in August 2026 and covers both the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semesters •
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:
$25-$35/hour based on experience
