What We're Looking For:
We are seeking candidates who are: Passionate about math and education Enthusiastic and extroverted Available to work at least 12 hours per week , including during the school year and beyond the summer Friendly, patient, and positive team players Top performers in Math having completed at least (Pre) Calculus Strong communicators and fast learners
Job Responsibilities:
Provide in-person instruction using the Mathnasium Method™ Work with students in a 1-on-1 or small group setting Track student progress and maintain a safe, focused learning environment Collaborate with other instructors and management to ensure student success Become proficient with Mathnasium tools and teaching strategies
Requirements:
High school diploma (college students or graduates preferred, please no high school seniors as training takes quite some time) Ability to work Sunday through Thursday during center hours:
Monday-Thursday:
3:00 PM - 8:00
PM Sunday:
11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Availability to work during and after the summer Completion of a math literacy test during the interview process Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Willingness to undergo a background check

12-20 hours per week
