We want a teacher who can take math beyond worksheets and turn numbers into hands-on, visual, exciting learning experiences . Our Math Wizard should be skilled at helping students ages 4-8 build strong mathematical foundations while developing confidence, curiosity, and problem-solving skills. We're Looking for
Someone Who Loves:
Making math fun, engaging, and easy to understand Building strong number sense and mathematical thinking Teaching addition, subtraction, multiplication foundations, and early division Developing mental math and math-fact fluency Teaching patterns, sequencing, measurement, money, time, geometry, and fractions Using Montessori materials, manipulatives, games, and hands-on activities Creating math challenges, puzzles, and real-world problem-solving activities Helping children understand why math works , rather than simply memorizing answers Identifying learning gaps and helping students strengthen those skills Challenging students who are ready to move ahead Our Ideal "Math Wizard" You are the teacher who can explain a math concept three different ways until a child has that exciting "I get it!" moment. You understand that students ages 4-8 can be at very different mathematical levels and know how to differentiate instruction accordingly. Most importantly, you bring energy, creativity, patience, and enthusiasm into the classroom and help children become confident mathematicians.
