The anticipated teaching load will primarily include middle school and lower high school mathematics. We are looking for an excellent teacher who enjoys working with students, brings energy and creativity to the classroom, works hard, and contributes positively to a joyful and collaborative school culture. The ideal candidate combines strong academic expectations with genuine care for students and a desire to contribute to the broader life of our school community. Duties Develop and implement engaging lessons that promote mastery of Indiana Academic Standards Cultivate a deep understanding and appreciation of mathematics while promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Embrace a data driven approach to education by administering screeners, pre/post tests, etc. Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Math, Math Education, or a related field is required. Candidates with an IDOE license or ability to obtain one are preferred. Previous experience working with middle/high school students in an educational setting is highly desirable.
