We are seeking an engaging, collaborative, and student-centered 7th Grade Math Teacher to join our middle school team. The ideal candidate will inspire middle school students to develop foundational mathematical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving strategies in a supportive and structured learning environment.

Key Responsibilities Instruction & Curriculum:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with state standard frameworks.

Classroom Management:

Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom culture conducive to middle school learning.

Assessment & Differentiation:

Utilize formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress, adapt teaching methods, and provide targeted support or enrichment.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with grade-level teams, math department members, and special education staff to support student growth; communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievement.

Professional Growth:

Participate in professional development opportunities, faculty meetings, and school-wide initiatives. Qualifications Valid Indiana teaching license for Middle School Mathematics (or Grade 5-9 / 6-8 endorsement). Strong understanding of middle school child development and instructional best practices.
