Plan, develop, and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans and curriculum Provide individualized instruction to meet diverse student learning needs and styles Assess and monitor student progress through evaluations, feedback, and reporting Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student development Collaborate with colleagues to develop best practices and instructional strategies Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and academic documentation
Requirements:
Valid Teacher Certification (or credentials to become certified under EEC). If not certified, payrate will differentiate from posted range Prior classroom or tutoring experience strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to differentiate instruction for varied learning levels and styles Patient, enthusiastic, and student-centered approach to teaching Ability to pass a background check as required
