- Create a fun and engaging environment where kids feel safe and supported
- Lead and facilitate activities that promote learning, recreation, and social development
- Encourage positive behavior and teamwork among club members
- Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners to enhance program experiences
- Be a positive role model , demonstrating respect, leadership, and integrity
