About the role We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as Recess Educators . Recess Educator This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during recess hours. It's perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, leading games and activities, and creating a safe, active, and positive environment for elementary school students. In this role, you will: Supervise students during recess and outdoor play Ensure student safety and well-being at all times Lead engaging games and recreational activities Encourage teamwork, inclusion, and positive social interactions Support students in resolving minor conflicts respectfully Help maintain a structured and enjoyable recess environment Monitor attendance and communicate any concerns to school staff Prepare and organize activity equipment and materials Keep play areas organized, clean, and safe

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM , starting in August.

Hourly Pay Rate:

$30/hour Requirements 18+ years of age Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to the start date. (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR) Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
