We are looking for dynamic, engaging, and versatile instructors to lead our premier after-school enrichment programs for elementary students in Malibu, CA. We need adaptable individuals who can foster curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking while providing a structured, fun, and safe environment where students can learn, create, and thrive! Program & Descriptions Art Adventures Art Adventures invites young artists to explore painting and drawing through guided projects like self-portraits, silhouette creatures, and textured paintings. Students develop technical skills, motor control, and design awareness while experimenting with techniques and expressing creativity. Parents receive finished artwork and in-class photos to celebrate each child's artistic growth. Classes begin September 23, 2026

Qualifications & Skills The Personality:

High-energy, enthusiastic, and able to motivate elementary students after the school day ends.

The Background:

Experience in elementary education, visual arts, basic math/STEM, child development, or a related field.

The Mindset:

A passion for encouraging curiosity, team building, and hands-on learning while maintaining a safe, structured, and inclusive environment.

The Soft Skills:

Patience, adaptability, strong classroom management, and effective communication with students, parents, and school staff. Requirements Minimum 2 years of college education. At least 1 year of experience working with elementary-aged children. Ability to confidently manage a classroom of up to 20 students. Must pass background checks and a TB test. Reliable transportation to program locations in Malibu, CA. Ability to lift and carry program/activity supplies (up to 20-50 lbs. occasionally).
