A Middle or High School Teacher teaches middle school students, usually in grades 6 - 12, in a public or private school. Teaches one subject, or a group of subjects, such as math and science; works with one class all year or teaches different classes of students throughout the day. May mentor students, coach a school team or advise a student club. May specialize in working with students learning English or students with learning disabilities or emotional and behavioral disorders.

About Our Program Super Science Take students on an out-of-this-world journey combining hands-on STEM projects, creative art, reading, and writing to spark curiosity and imagination. Facilitate interactive demonstrations and engaging projects, giving kids the chance to build, experiment, and create while strengthening critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in elementary education, STEM instruction, child development, or a related field.

Patience, empathy, adaptability, and top-notch communication skills with both kids and parents. Requirements Minimum 2 years of college education. At least 1 year of experience working with elementary-aged children. Ability to confidently manage a classroom of up to 20 students across different age levels (1st-5th grade). Must be able to pass background checks and a TB test. Reliable transportation to commute to Morgan Hill, CA. Ability to lift and carry classroom/instructional supplies (approximately 20 lbs. occasionally).
