Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and lead engaging activities for children in a safe and nurturing environment
  • Provide supervision and ensure the well-being of children at all times
  • Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior
  • Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children through age-appropriate activities
  • Create and maintain a schedule of activities that align with the interests and needs of the children
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
Experience:
  • Previous experience working with children in a babysitting, daycare, or educational setting
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
  • Experience in behavior management techniques and strategies
  • Familiarity with early childhood education methods and curriculum
  • Additional experience in areas such as theater, sports coaching, tutoring, or church leader is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
