Key Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers with instructional and non-instructional tasks Support students with special learning or behavioral needs Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources Supervise students during classroom transitions, breaks, and activities Communicate effectively with staff to ensure student safety and success

Desired Qualifications:

Active paraprofessional certificate required Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or similar role in schools preferred Ability to build rapport with students and faculty Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach Flexible, adaptable, and patient in dynamic classroom settings
