Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities would include creating an engaging learning environment that fosters academic and spiritual growth, develops Middle Schoolers' skills, and a love of learning about our faith. Additionally, the candidate must be able to: Develop and implement daily lesson plans that address spiritual, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Use diverse instructional techniques such as modeling, observing, questioning, demonstrating, and reinforcing. Encourage children to develop self-help skills and independence. Adapt curriculum to meet individual learning needs when necessary. Promote positive behavior through redirection, positive reinforcement, and adherence to the school's behavioral policies. Maintain positive communication with families through newsletters, daily updates, and as-needed outreach. Attend regular staff meetings and participate in annual reviews and professional development.
