Degree :

Bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies, Education, Arabic Language, or a related field.

Certification :

A valid Ijaza in Tajweed and Quranic recitation from a recognized scholar or institute.

Licensure :

State teaching license or eligibility for private school certification is highly preferred.

Theological Foundation :

Comprehensive knowledge of Seerah , Hadith , Fiqh , and Islamic history suitable for K-12 integration.

School Classroom Management Curriculum Design :

Experience aligning Islamic studies lessons with established school curricula.

Behavior Management :

Ability to implement positive reinforcement and classroom discipline rooted in Islamic Tarbiyah (character development).

Assessment :

Skilled in designing rubrics, tracking Hifz progress, and delivering formal report cards.

Institutional Alignment Professionalism :

Strong communication skills for parent-teacher conferences and staff collaboration.

Background Check :

Must pass standard school district criminal background checks and child safety screenings.

Role Modeling :

Demonstrates strong Islamic character ( Akhlaq ) to serve as a daily role model for students.
