As our school continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Classroom Aide to join our team. This is a 5-6 hour per day position supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality instruction and care throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a positive, patient, and supportive environment for all students Assist with classroom management and student behavior guidance Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Participate in training sessions, professional development, and school meetings as required Perform other duties as assigned by the teacher or administration

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work with children in a kind, respectful, and consistent manner Strong communication and teamwork skills Must pass a Level II background screening and reference check Commitment to uphold Esther's School's Statement of Faith and demonstrate a positive Christian example in words and actions, both on and off campus Why Join Esther's School?
