KinderCare is seeking an After School Teacher to support students at Sacred Heart Catholic School in a warm, faith-aligned environment. In this role, you'll supervise elementary-aged children after school, ensuring their safety while leading fun, age-appropriate activities and providing homework help. You'll create an inclusive, nurturing space that reflects KinderCare's commitment to enriching early childhood education. Collaborating with school staff and families, you'll help children grow socially and academically, with opportunities for your own professional growth and development. Responsibilities Supervise students in the after-school program, ensuring safety and positive behavior. Plan and lead age-appropriate enrichment, play, and learning activities. Provide homework help and academic support to elementary students. Maintain open, respectful communication with parents, school staff, and Kinder Care leadership. Uphold school and Kinder Care policies, including health, safety, and behavior guidelines. Set up, organize, and clean learning and activity spaces daily. Monitor attendance and follow check-in/check-out procedures. Model inclusive, respectful behavior aligned with the school's and Kinder Care's values.
