Responsibilities:

Ability to understand and support the philosophy and goals of Parkwood Integrate Christian principles into the classroom every day Utilize the school-provided curriculum and lesson plans to perform a variety of activities that ensures age-appropriate learning Ability to work well with elementary school students both in group settings and one-on-one, depending on the needs of each student and on the subject matter Maintain the health and safety of all students Positively communicate with parents/guardians Work cooperatively with other educators and support staff Follow policies and procedures set by the employer Ability to follow through additional tasks, as needed
