7th & 8th Grade Teacher Bethel Christian Boys Academy is seeking a dedicated and dependable 7th & 8th Grade Teacher to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with middle school students and able to provide a structured, engaging, and supportive classroom environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, preferably in Education or a related field; or At least 3 years of relevant teaching or educational experience; or An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Strong classroom management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to create and implement effective lesson plans Ability to work collaboratively with school administration, staff, students, and families Commitment to supporting students academically, socially, and personally Responsibilities Provide instruction to 7th and 8th grade students Develop and implement engaging lesson plans Assess and monitor student progress Maintain accurate student records and grades Establish and maintain a positive and structured classroom environment Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress Collaborate with administration and fellow staff members Support the mission, policies, and expectations of Bethel Christian Boys Academy Experience Teaching or educational experience: 3 years preferred Education Bachelor's degree preferred Bethel Christian Boys Academy is looking for an educator who is committed to helping young men grow academically, develop strong character, and reach their full potential.
