Duties Supervise children during after-school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote childhood development, creativity, and social skills Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies Support children with homework assistance and academic enrichment tailored to their individual needs Collaborate with parents, guardians, and team members to support each child's unique needs and progress Lead outdoor games and activities Skills Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, babysitting, or camp environments Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a structured yet fun atmosphere Knowledge of childhood development principles and special education needs First aid certification, including CPR and AED operation, with familiarity in first aid protocols for emergencies Ability to supervise children effectively during indoor and outdoor activities in various settings Excellent communication skills for working with students, parents, and team members in a collaborative environment Demonstrated leadership qualities with a passion for nurturing young minds through teaching and mentorship Embark on a fulfilling journey where your energy fuels children's success!
