Join Our Team as an Afterschool Instructor at CSA - Mountain Park! Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their lives? CSA - Mountain Park, located in Lilburn, GA, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Afterschool Instructor to join our team. About Camp Success Academy Camp Success Academy provides high-quality afterschool and summer programming that supports children academically, socially, and emotionally in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. We are seeking energetic, dependable, and engaging instructors who love working with children and creating memorable experiences every day. Position Summary Afterschool Instructors supervise and engage elementary-aged students in a structured, fun, and supportive environment. Instructors facilitate homework help, enrichment activities, outdoor play, and social-emotional learning while ensuring student safety at all times. Responsibilities Student Supervision Provide active supervision of assigned students Maintain appropriate staff-to-student ratios Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment Academic Support Assist students with homework completion Support literacy, STEM, and enrichment activities Differentiate support based on student needs Program Activities Facilitate engaging hands-on activities Lead games, centers, and team-building experiences Supervise outdoor play and movement activities Family & Team Communication Communicate professionally with parents and staff Participate in staff meetings and trainings Collaborate with Site Directors and fellow instructors Program Operations Prepare materials and supplies for activities Help maintain organized, clean classrooms Complete required documentation as needed
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 18 years old Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable and punctual Ability to pass all required background checks
Preferred:
Experience in education, childcare, tutoring, camps, or youth programs Experience leading enrichment activities (art, STEM, sports, dance, coding, etc.)
