Aftercare/Extended Day Program Employee Saint Francis Schools - 1.0 Roswell, GA Job Details Part-time $24 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Communication skills Entry level Full Job Description Aftercare/Extended Day Program Employee Saint Francis School is seeking a dependable, energetic, and caring individual to join our Aftercare/Extended Day Program team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to be part of a supportive private school community.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 2:30-5:30 PM Friday, 2:00 - 5:30
PM Pay:
$24 per hour Responsibilities Supervise and engage students in a safe, nurturing environment after the school day ends Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and outdoor play Assist students with homework and provide a positive, welcoming atmosphere Maintain a safe, clean, and organized extended-day environment Communicate professionally with students, parents, and school staff Follow all school policies and procedures regarding student safety and supervision Qualifications Experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, coaching, or similar setting preferred Dependable, responsible, and punctual Energetic and patient with children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative member of the school community A background check and other school-required screenings will be required This is a great opportunity for an experienced childcare professional, teacher, college student, retired educator, or other individual who enjoys working with children and is seeking a consistent weekday-afternoon position.
