After School Program Teacher - Make an Impact Every Day!

In this role, you'll help create a welcoming, structured, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. We're seeking someone energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with youth—someone who enjoys building connections and creating memorable experiences for students. What You'll Do As part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping a positive after-school experience by:

Providing Active Supervision:

Ensure children are safe, supported, and engaged throughout the program

Leading Fun & Educational Activities:

Plan and facilitate games, crafts, and learning experiences that promote creativity and development

Encouraging Positive Behavior:

Guide students using respectful and effective behavior management techniques

Supporting Student Growth:

Work with families and team members to meet each child's unique needs

Organizing Enrichment Opportunities:

Help lead activities like sports, homework help, creative arts, or group projects Maintaining a

Safe Environment:

Follow all safety procedures and provide basic first aid when needed

Upholding Program Standards:
