Inspiring Lifelong Skills Through STEM Exploration At Nexplore Midwest, we believe hands-on learning helps students build confidence, curiosity, critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving skills, and essential lifelong skills. Through our STEM programs—including Biomedical Science MedLab, Wacky Science, and Little Detectives —students explore science through engaging, age-appropriate experiments, investigations, challenges, and real-world applications. We are seeking a Dynamic Lead Instructor to teach our STEM after-school programs at Frances Xavier Warde School - HNC and Frances Xavier Warde School - Old Campus . The ideal instructor will create a fun, welcoming, and interactive learning environment where students can explore scientific concepts through hands-on activities, develop critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, collaborate with peers, and build confidence as young scientists and investigators. Your Impact at Immanuel Lutheran School Palatine As the Lead Instructor for this site, you won't just be "supervising." You will be the architect of "Joyful Learning" for 8 to 15 students. Using the Nexplore curriculum, you will ensure that every Monday and Wednesday afternoon becomes the highlight of these students' week. IV. Compensation & Growth Rate:

$60, plus 50 cents per mile after 20 miles in a roundtrip (each session includes the 15 minutes of prep time and the 5-10 minutes of dismissal).

The Training Superstar:

Access to our onboarding training before your first session , and have 1-1 or group calls with our Program Success Team if you have any questions about classroom management and leadership skills.
