Job Description
Kidz First Daycare Ministry | Full-Time OR Part-Time | 12:00pm-5:30pm Kidz First Daycare Ministry is looking for a dependable, energetic, and caring individual to join our team as an After School Program . This part-time position is a lead in our school-age program in the afternoon. Our After School Program serves children in Kindergarten through 6th grade from multiple local elementary schools. What You'll Do Safely transport school-age students from area elementary schools to Kidz First using a ministry church van. Plan and lead engaging weekly after school activities for children. Assist students with homework as needed. Create/Administer age-appropriate Bible lesson plans that provide structure, fun, creativity, and opportunities for learning. Build positive, encouraging relationships with children and families. Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment. Work as part of the Kidz First team and assist with other responsibilities as needed. •First 1-2 hours will be covering infant or preschool classrooms - providing lunch breaks We're Looking for Someone Who Is Dependable and responsible Patient, caring, and comfortable working with children of different ages Able to take initiative and lead a group Organized and creative Comfortable working in a Christian ministry environment A team player with a positive attitude Able to safely drive a ministry vehicle and transport children •
