A Middle or High School Teacher teaches middle school students, usually in grades 6 - 12, in a public or private school. Teaches one subject, or a group of subjects, such as math and science; works with one class all year or teaches different classes of students throughout the day. May mentor students, coach a school team or advise a student club. May specialize in working with students learning English or students with learning disabilities or emotional and behavioral disorders.

Our curriculum involves frequent rotation to different enrichment programs, which creates lower student to teacher ratios, leading to happier staff and a higher retention rate. Our enrichment programs include, but are not limited to: art, a second language, STEM, culinary arts. Our facilities provide multiple play areas for children to engage in learning and fun, including: a library, an indoor and an outdoor play area, and depending on the location, a bowling alley or water park. As a Crème de la Crème Teacher, you will spend your days: Delivering nurturing care and continuous supervision of assigned children, while executing the Crème curriculum, and maintaining classroom management. Creating, submitting, and implementing of approved lesson plans and curriculum, and completing Daily Reports. Maintaining the upkeep of classrooms and equipment inside and outside. Assisting children when necessary, regarding dressing, toileting and/or diapering needs, and making sure all children have clean hands, face, and diapers. Building positive relationships with and practicing open and honest communication with parents, co-workers, and CDLC management. Consistently interacting in a positive developmentally appropriate way with the children; role modeling appropriate behavior and language for children.
