Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging instruction using BJU Press curriculum Assess student progress and provide timely, meaningful feedback Maintain a structured, positive, and well-managed classroom environment Provide spiritual leadership through daily devotions and Christian Studies instruction Communicate consistently and professionally with parents Collaborate with staff and participate in meetings, trainings, and school events Maintain accurate and organized records (attendance, grades, reports) Qualifications Required A personal profession of faith in Jesus Christ A lifestyle that reflects Christian values and a commitment to biblical principles Agreement with the school's statement of faith and mission Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills A heart for working with students and partnering with families Preferred Bachelor's degree (completed or currently in progress) Previous teaching experience Familiarity with Christian curriculum (BJU, Abeka, or similar)
