We are looking for an experienced Lead Teacher to join our "family" and provide guidance, love, and education to our three year old students. The successful candidate will have at least a full years worth of experience working with small children, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans, providing instruction, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with other teachers to ensure a positive learning environment. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans and activities that meet the needs of all students. Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment which meets Louisiana state licensing requirements. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents. Maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with students, parents, administrators, and other staff members. Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement curriculum.
