Job Description

Silver Spruce Montessori School provides a Montessori education for children ages 15 months through kindergarten. Our school has served children and their families in Grafton and the surrounding area since 1998 with a curriculum focused on curiosity, respect, independence, and the natural environment. Silver Spruce Montessori School is currently seeking a part-time or full-time After School Teacher to work in our Extended Day program with children ages 2.9 to 5 years old Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate must have experience working with children. Creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm, and warmth are a must along with the ability to be a team player. We seek a responsible and dependable individual with strong communication skills. Part-time hours may vary from 11:30am to 5:30pm or 2:00-5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 11:30am-4:00pm on Fridays. Full-time hours are 9:30am-5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:30am-4:00pm on Fridays. EEC teacher certification is required.
