As a key part of our youth development program, you will create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking. Responsibilities Lead after-school coding sessions using age-appropriate programming tools and platforms to teach foundational coding concepts Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment for all students Supervise children during activities, transitions, and outdoor play to ensure safety at all times Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and behavior in a professional manner Skills Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain discipline while fostering enthusiasm for learning Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including daycare or camp environments Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies Proficiency in teaching coding or computer science concepts to young learners, with experience in tutoring or youth programs teaching preferred Demonstrated leadership in youth group activities or outdoor work experience involving children Join us in making a meaningful impact by empowering children through technology education!
