STEM Educator (Coding/Engineering)

Responsibilities Develop and deliver interactive coding and engineering lessons tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Incorporate hands-on projects that promote creativity, teamwork, and practical application of STEM concepts Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and foster positive behavior Support children's social-emotional development through encouragement, Christian counseling principles (if applicable), and personalized attention Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum quality and integrate cross-disciplinary themes Ensure safety protocols are followed diligently, including basic first aid procedures when necessary Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of children with special education requirements or behavioral challenges Experience Prior experience in teaching or tutoring STEM subjects such as coding, robotics, engineering projects, or related fields Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms effectively while engaging students actively in learning Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, camp programs, or after-school activities Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support positive student interactions Background in working with children with special needs or in inclusive education environments is a plus Certifications in first aid or child safety are highly desirable Join us to ignite young minds through innovative STEM education!
