The main role would be teaching basketball and other sports classes to youth 2nd-5th grade with the option to teach more subjects. This is a part time job with between 8-10 hours a week. Classes start between 2:30-3. They run 1.5 hours per day, typically Monday-Thursday. Youth Enrichment League instructors make a difference by bringing their "Can-Do," enthusiastic attitude and our robust curriculum to school children each and every day.

EXPERIENCE

We are primarily interested in dynamic personalities who want to make a difference in a child's day. Experience working with children is preferred.

Experience examples include:

youth summer camps, youth coaching, Sunday School instruction, baby sitting, having children of your own, etc.

SUPPLIES & TRAINING:

Instructors are given all the supplies they need to flourish in an after school setting. Supplies typically are one medium to large suitcase and one small duffel bag of materials. Supplies vary depending on subject and course. Paid training includes an orientation of our policies and procedures as well as class specific training. {YEL!} Instructors must possess the following qualifications: A reliable vehicle. A valid Drivers License and ability to transport and store supplies needed to teach class. A sincere desire to make a big impact on children's lives. Ability to organize and implement pre-packaged lesson plans. More after school part time teaching opportunities
