Job Description

KIPP ENC
Public Schools seeks an EC Resource Teacher for the school year. This role provides specialized instruction and support to K-12 students with disabilities in an inclusive, college-prep environment. The teacher will develop and implement IEPs, deliver small-group and push-in services, collaborate with general education teachers, and use data to drive instruction. The EC Resource Teacher will communicate regularly with families, ensure compliance with IDEA and state regulations, and contribute to a mission-driven, equity-focused school culture.
