This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate academic, recreational, and enrichment activities in a safe and supportive environment. Program Planning and Implementation:
Develop and implement a balanced daily schedule of engaging, age-appropriate activities, including quiet time for homework, group games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play. Create and prepare necessary materials and equipment for daily activities. Ensure all program activities align with the program's purpose and educational goals.
Child Supervision and Safety:
Actively supervise all children during program hours, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure their safety and well-being at all times. Follow and enforce all safety policies and procedures, including check-in/check-out, emergency protocols, and mandatory reporting guidelines. Administer basic first aid as needed and complete required documentation.
Academic and Social-Emotional Support:
Provide homework help and academic support to students. Offer guidance and emotional support to motivate students and assist with problem-solving. Encourage positive social interaction and behavior among all students, acting as a positive role model.
Communication and Collaboration:
