In this role, you will facilitate educational activities, supervise children, and promote positive development through creative and structured programs. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally while ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the afternoon hours. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives while developing your skills in youth development and education. Duties Supervise children during afterschool hours, ensuring their safety and adherence to program rules Plan and implement engaging educational activities, including tutoring, arts, sports, and outdoor play Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques to foster a respectful environment Ativities that promote teamwork, leadership, and social skills development Collaborate with parents, staff, and other caregivers to communicate progress and address any concerns or behavioral issues Must be 21, and willing to drive a 15 passenger van
