Qualifications and Experience:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role preferred Ability to assist educators in managing classroom activities and student engagement Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated adaptability and a caring, patient approach with students Capable of working both independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:
