These full-time positions span from September 2026 through June 2027, offering 3237.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Multiple positions are open, with two in middle school and up to two in high school, providing the chance to join an engaging and supportive educational team.

What You Bring:

Experience as a Paraprofessional, ideally in a school setting Ability to collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and other paraprofessionals Passion for encouraging student growth, including supporting academic, social, and behavioral development Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom or resource environment Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate demeanor Background check and educational credentials per school requirements

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to students both one-on-one and in small groups Assist teachers in classroom management and instructional activities Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention strategies Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive school culture Support classroom organization, including material preparation and supervision of students during transitions Monitor student progress and communicate observations with instructional staff
