Job Description

Join AlphaMinds Team as an After-School Coding Instructor! AlphaMinds Academy (www.alphamindsacademy.com), an academic and enrichment program for children is seeking part-time after-school coding instructors! We offer coding classes at multiple locations throughout Hoboken, Jersey City and Union City. Instructors are assigned to one or more locations based on their availability.

Responsibilities:

Teach coding classes in person to children in grades 2-8. Follow and implement engaging lesson plans and activities. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

Strong familiarity with Scratch, JavaScript or Python Experience working with children is a big plus. Experience teaching coding is a plus.
