  Position Overview
  We are seeking a strong, student-centered Science educator to teach grades 6-8. The ideal candidate believes deeply in the potential of every student and is committed to creating engaging, rigorous, and inclusive learning experiences.
  Key Responsibilities
  
• Provide standards-aligned Science instruction using THRIVE's shared curriculum
  
• Differentiate instruction to meet a range of learning needs, including students with IEPs
  
• Use student data to plan instruction and accelerate achievement
  
• Build strong, positive relationships with students and families
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student success
  
• Participate in school-wide responsibilities and community events
  
• Engage in coaching, professional development, and ongoing reflection Additional Information

• Bachelor's degree
• New Mexico teaching license (K-8 or 6-12)
• Science endorsement strongly preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in diverse school communities
• TESOL certification and/or bilingual Spanish skills
• Experience with culturally responsive teaching and social-emotional learning
• Strong instructional technology skills Compensation & Benefits
