Schedule Sep 10, 2026 - Jun 28, 2027 Mon - Fri, 2:30-6pm or 3:30-6pm Duties Thoroughly and accurately check homework assignments across subjects Develop and implement enrichment lessons to fill student learning gaps Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management techniques, ensuring a safe and respectful learning space Perform ongoing assessment of students and communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and upcoming events Skills Proven classroom management skills with experience working with children across diverse backgrounds Strong writing skills for lesson planning, report writing, and communicating with parents Expertise in early childhood and elementary education Excellent communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues in a collaborative educational environment
