Uncommon Schools seeks a mission-driven K-12 Teacher to deliver rigorous, college-preparatory instruction in our public charter schools. You will design standards-aligned lessons, use data to drive instruction, and create a structured, joyful classroom that supports students in historically underserved communities. Teachers collaborate closely with teams, receive frequent coaching, and engage in robust professional development and leadership pathways.
