Job Description
The Office of Continuing Education and Workforce Development at Queensborough Community College seeks NYS Certified Teachers for prep classes for the NYS Math Assessment Tests, grades for Middles School/Junior High School to work Saturdays this Fall.
Requiremen Musts:
Possess a NYS teaching certification in Mathematics; Have classroom teaching experience at the middle school or secondary level; Demonstrate strong knowledge of middle school mathematics curriculum and instructional strategies; Have experience teaching math test prep classes' Have excellent classroom management and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to address the course description of: This class is a precursor to the NYS Mathematics Test Preparation.
