This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with school-age children in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. We're currently hiring for before-school, after-school, or split-shift schedules, giving you flexibility based on your availability. Available Schedules We are hiring for one or more of the following:
Before School:
Approximately 7:00 AM - 9:30
AM After School:
Approximately 3:00 PM - 6:15
PM Split Shift:
Before-school and after-school hours (with time off in between) Hours may vary slightly depending on school schedules and transportation needs. Responsibilities Supervise and engage school-age children in a safe, nurturing environment. Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities, games, homework support, and enrichment opportunities. Prepare and serve snacks following program guidelines. Ensure children's safety during transitions, indoor/outdoor play, and daily routines. Build positive relationships with children and families. Maintain attendance records, incident reports, and other required documentation. Work collaboratively with fellow staff members. Attend staff meetings and required trainings. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED required. Must pass all required Ohio background checks. Previous childcare or school-age experience is preferred but not required. Reliable, professional, and dependable. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment.
