Job Description
Our growing, small, community outdoor school is looking for a creative, flexible, experienced, eurythmy teacher who has taken up anthroposophy and is interested in working out of the indications of Rudolf Steiner. We are hoping to have conversations with you to see if we might have a shared picture of how to work together and support each other, the children and their families, and the being of this school. We are a 4 day school, with blended classes. Each blended learning cohort will not be larger than 15 children, though for the coming year, larger cohorts would be divided during eurythmy to best utilize our limited space. We are a unique school, striving to creatively find ways to meet the children as they grow and change. Our hope is for two days each week, but we would also celebrate only one, as the children are in need of eurythmy even if it must only be one day each week. There is a longing for an adult eurythmy class in our community, so consider your openness to that as well. Our financial picture is for teachers to thoughtfully consider what they need as payment. We have a sliding scale for both tuition and salary. Please look at our website https://www.lightsongoutdoorschool.org/ If you are interested, call Elle McCloskey if you would like to have a conversation about the possibility of working together. 541-337-6441
