People Involved in Education, Inc. (PIE) Serving Sand Ridge Charter School (Lebanon, OR) & Sweet Home Charter School (Sweet Home, OR). It is a non‑profit organization that operates two public charter schools: Sand Ridge Charter School , in partnership with the Lebanon School District Sweet Home Charter School , in partnership with the Sweet Home School District Both schools are dedicated to providing a supportive, academically rich, and character‑focused learning environment for K-8 students. PIE is seeking passionate, student‑centered educators to join our team for an elementary teaching positions . Position Overview We are looking for enthusiastic teachers who are committed to high‑quality instruction, positive classroom culture, and strong relationships with students and families. Ideal candidates are flexible, collaborative, and excited to contribute to a mission‑driven charter school environment. Responsibilities Deliver engaging, standards‑aligned instruction in a K-8 classroom setting Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment Use data to guide instruction and support student growth Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues Participate in professional development and school‑wide initiatives Support the mission and values of PIE and its charter schools Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Master's degree in education preferred Valid Oregon teaching license (or ability to obtain one) Strong communication and classroom‑management skills Commitment to student success and continuous improvement Experience in K-8 education preferred Why Work With PIE?
