Join our dynamic team as a Coding Instructor for K-12 Summer Camp programs and embark on a rewarding journey of empowering young minds through the world of programming. Our summer program focuses on children ages 5-12 but we offer classes to everyone from Kindergarten to 12th Grade. Summer camps are scheduled by week throughout the summer and include either a half-day or a full-day teaching option, followed by ongoing after-school classes in the fall and beyond if interested . What You'll Do:

Lead engaging and interactive coding and STEM classes in-person at our camp locations during the summer and local schools during the school year, primarily during after-school hours in the fall or winter sessions and camps style during the summer. Utilize our comprehensive curriculum (flexible for customization) to teach a variety of coding languages, from Scratch to Python or Java. Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students, igniting their passion for technology. Foster strong relationships with fellow instructors and students, building a vibrant community of learners.

Teaching locations include:

We are currently looking for instructors in the Greater Portland area. Our primary summer camp locations include: Experiment PDX Trinity Episcopal French International School Garden Home Rec Center Marshall Community Center Sherwood Center for the Arts Portland Jewish Academy McLean House Fistenburg Community Center Along with additional locations throughout the region.
