A Middle or High School Teacher teaches middle school students, usually in grades 6 - 12, in a public or private school. Teaches one subject, or a group of subjects, such as math and science; works with one class all year or teaches different classes of students throughout the day. May mentor students, coach a school team or advise a student club. May specialize in working with students learning English or students with learning disabilities or emotional and behavioral disorders.
Our After School Program provides a safe, engaging, and active environment where children can learn, play, and build friendships after the school day ends. Located in our 10,000 sq. ft. indoor sports facility, our program combines homework support, active play and group games to give children a well-rounded after-school experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children of various ages, has a positive and outgoing personality, and is passionate about creating a fun and supportive environment where children feel confident, included, and encouraged to grow. The ideal candidate understands the importance of teamwork, creativity, and positive mentorship while helping children develop social skills, independence, and confidence.
