Job Overview The After School Program Staff plays a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for students. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering their growth and development. Hours are Monday-Friday 2:45pm-5:30pm Duties Supervise and engage with students during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Facilitate sports, arts, and recreational activities that promote teamwork and creativity. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive program that meets the needs of all students. Skills Proven experience working with children in various capacities such as childcare, tutoring, or camp settings. Familiarity with behavior management techniques to address challenges effectively. Ability to work as part of a team to ensure a cohesive work environment.
